Mission Month 2021

Mission Month starts next week!

Mission month begins next Friday (19/2)! The idea is to invite friends and family along to hear about Jesus and become part of our Youth family. We are encouraging kids to think about whether they have a friend or sibling that they could invite to youth during Mission Month.

WEEK #1 (19/2): Year Group Outings. Year Groups and their year group leaders will be dividing up and setting out to do their own activities. Come along to Youth this Friday to find out what your year group is doing so that you can invite people along too! 

WEEK #2 (26/2): Lakeside Picnic. We are setting up at Jamieson Park (Narrabeen) for a picnic. Live music, park games, stand up paddle boards while the sunsets, food and fun! Taking advantage of the long summer days while we still have them! We will hear a talk about Jesus by the lakeside and a testimony of how someone became a Christian. 6:30-9:00pm. 

WEEK #3 (5/3): Rock Climbing. We have booked out The Rockhouse in Brookvale for the night. All equipment is provided for $20pp. We will also have a sausage sizzle and other activities going on during the night for those who don't want to rock climb. There will be a talk about Jesus and a testimony of how someone became a Christian. 7-9pm. 

WEEK #4 (12/3): Camp Kedron. For the final week of Mission Month we are going all out! We will have an exciting activity at Camp Kedron followed by singing and a talk around the bonfire. It's always so much fun to head up to Camp Kedron (Ingleside) for Youth, so a great night to invite friends along to hear about Jesus! 6:30-9:30pm.
