After witnessing rising rates of poor mental health, clinical psychologist Leisa Aitken understands that hope seems in short supply right now.

Join us as Leisa runs us through the psychology of hope, offering us tools to cope with the times in which we live. Leisa will discuss mindfulness, the correlation between hope and feeling connected to something bigger than the self, and how we can see and offer glimpses of hope.
